ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Go to: http://tacymedical.wpengine.com/my-account/
  2. If you are not registered for online ordering please contact Customer Service.
  3. Select Login in the upper right hand corner.
  4. Enter your Username, which will be provided by Customer Service or your Tacy Medical Sales Representative.
  5. Enter your Password (case sensitive).
  6. Select Login beneath Password.
  7. Verify Shipping Addresses
    1. In order to change your shipping address, select Ship To A Different Address. 
    2. To add a new shipping location, please contact Customer Service.
    3. Check the box under the address you want to ship to and select Save Address.
  8. Select Browse Products for a broad listing of our products, or click View My Products to view your customized list of products.
  9. When selecting an item enter the desired quantity and click Add to Cart.
  10. In My Cart you can remove items or alter the quantity of the items on your order.
  11. Select your preferred shipping method, then Proceed to Checkout.
  12. Under Order Placed By input your name.
  13. Under PO Number / Cost Center enter your PO number.
  14. Enter any additional notes under Order Notes.
  15. Select Place Order to complete your order.
  16. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address on file.
