1. Lay the frame
2. Pour provided solvent into test tube cap
3. Dip swab into cap until all solvent is absorbed
4. Wipe horizontally
5. Flip the swab and wipe vertically
6. Insert swab in the vial
7. Complete the Chain-of-Custody
