Sterile presaturated nonwoven polypropylene cleanroom wipes (70% Ethyl Alc./30% DI Water)
These PROSAT® Sterile PS911-EB Wipes are made of ultra clean meltblown polypropylene fabric saturated with 70% Ethyl Alcohol/30% DeIonized Water, then sterilized by Gamma radiation to a 10-6 SAL. Assured sterility of both the wipe and 70/30 Ethyl/DI water eliminates the risk of introducing spores and other contaminants to the compounding process either through contaminated solvent or use of inappropriate wiping materials such as cotton gauze.
Tamper-evident labels ensure product integrity, while resealable pouches preserve solvent saturation levels and cleanliness. Convenient and safe to use, PROSAT Sterile PS-911EB presaturated wipes offer more control over cleaning procedures and reduce VOC’s. Compact pouch easily fits into isolators and bio-safety cabinets.
