UA series bottles can be used for patient dispensing of ophthalmic preparations. The bottles can be utilized as a container closure system to safely dispense compounded medications or approved drug products to the full spectrum of patients.
These TipGuard caps are designed with the tip embedded inside the cap removing the need for an operator to ever touch the tip directly during compounding.
The TipGuard Orange caps are assembled with natural-colored tips are sold as 50 tip-cap units per tray. Each tray is protected by two additional pouch layers. 15 of these units are placed into an outer box for a quantity of 750 total units per box.
The controlled dropper tip has been specially engineered for an accurate and repeatable patient dosage. The tip will not dispense a drop unless the bottle is squeezed. When it is squeezed, the tip will form a consistent drop size.
The UA15-415 series of tips are compatible with any other UA15-415 series bottles and caps.
Final release testing includes sterility, endotoxin, and particulate testing to USP 788.
